Responsibilities:

• You’lllearnhowtomanufacturecastingandinjectionmouldsaswellaspunchingtoolsforindustrialproduction
• As part of your training, you’ll also assemble, inspect and maintain tools
• Workingwithmetal,you’llusebothmanualtechniques(suchasfilingandsawing) andmachine-basedmethods(suchasturningandmilling)
• Stepbystep,you’llbecomefamiliarwithmodernmachinesandmeasuringequipment–includingthebasicsofCNCprogramming

Qualifications:

• Youhaveasecondaryschooldiploma(Realschule)oraverygoodlowersecondaryschooldiploma(Hauptschule)
• You enjoymath and physics– you're curious about how things work and love learning new things
• You're passionate abouttechnology: you have goodmanual skills, and you're especially interested inmetalworking
• You have a strongspatial imagination, which helps you understand technical processes more easily
• Precision and accuracyare important to you – you like working in astructured and systematicway
