They have degrees in many different disciplines. Even though good levels of numeracy are important for some roles, you won’t necessarily need a formal mathematical or financial background. Our comprehensive training programmes will give you all the technical knowledge you’ll need to build a career with us.To be eligible for the 2026 Internship Programme you must:     Complete your studies (all final exams, coursework and have no outstanding requirements for graduation) between 1st August 2026 and 31st July 2027.     Return to full-time study after the 2026 internship.
