About the job :

Within the CHANEL Europe Talent Acquisition team, based at the European headquarters in Paris, this six-month internship will enable you to contribute to talent sourcing across nine European markets.

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will work closely withHiringManagersto identify and attract top talent.

What impact you can create at Chanel :

• Identify and screen the most relevant talent in Workday, inclosepartnership with the Regional Team and nine European markets.  

• Deliver innovative sourcing strategies, combining direct outreach on LinkedIn, market mapping, talent-poolengagementand campus relations.  

• Inform recruitment decisions through regular reporting on candidate availability, candidatequalityandmarkettrends.  

• Become a trusted sourcingpartnerand help build sustainable talent pipelines across Europe.  

• SupportHiringManagersandthe Talent Acquisitionand Developmentteamby creatingthe conditionsfor a smoother, morestructuredand effective recruitment process.

Whatyou will bring :

• Initial sourcing experience gained in a recruitment agency and/orCorporateenvironment. 

• Practical experience using an ATS, ideally Workday, toidentifyand track candidates. 

• A strong interest in the use of artificial intelligence to support recruitment and sourcing.

• Fluent English, enabling you to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across Europe. 

• Proficiencyin another European language, considered an asset in a multi-market environment.
