About this Opportunity

Inmar’s Summer Internship Program offers a dynamic and enriching experience designed to give students real-world exposure to a professional environment while contributing meaningfully to company initiatives. Interns will split their time between a high-impact cross-functional team project and department-specific responsibilities assigned by their direct manager.

This program is designed to offer aspiring technologists a hands-on, immersive experience at the intersection of engineering, product, and innovation. Interns will split their time between contributing to a cross-functional project with real-world impact and working on team-specific initiatives guided by their direct manager. As a Software Engineer Intern, you’ll join a collaborative engineering team working on innovative projects that span healthcare, pharmacy, and marketing technology solutions. From building scalable SaaS platforms and secure APIs to modernizing infrastructure and integrating cloud-based services, you’ll gain hands-on experience solving real-world challenges. This internship provides exposure to the full software development lifecycle while giving you opportunities to learn, contribute, and grow under the guidance of experienced mentors.

What You’ll Do

• Contribute to the design, development, testing, and deployment of modern SaaS applications.

• Build and enhance front-end components, backend APIs, and cloud-based services.

• Work with authentication/authorization technologies such as Auth0 and centralized security frameworks.

• Support infrastructure modernization using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (Google Cloud, Azure).

• Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and cross-team collaboration sessions.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications for performance and scalability.

• Research and apply emerging technologies such as AI, automation, and data analytics.

• Collaborate on initiatives that improve processes in healthcare, pharmacy, and marketing technology domains.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Health Informatics, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design).

• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or C#/.NET.

• Familiarity with modern frameworks and tools: Vue, Node.js, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Auth0, Google Cloud, Azure, BigQuery.

• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and a proactive approach to learning.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.

• Curiosity, adaptability, and eagerness to contribute in a fast-paced environment.
