What are we looking for?

As a Customer Communications Intern, you will help strengthen communications by supporting the review and maintenance of customer contact records. You will be responsible for mapping customer segments and refining nurture programs to enhance the customer journey and lifecycle. Your work will play an important role in ensuring our contact management process supports clear, targeted customer communications. 

What will you do? 

  • Collaborate with team members across Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to support communications to SentinelOne customers.
  • Develop frameworks for customer list segmentation.
  • Draft systemic communications to support the customer journey

What skills and knowledge should you bring?

  • Must be currently enrolled in a full-time, degree-seeking marketing or communications program with a graduation year of 2026/2027
  • Familiar with Marketing or Campaign tools (e.g., Marketo, Hubspot, etc.).
  • Familiar with Customer Success tools (Salesforce).
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
  • Detail-oriented and analytical.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Logistics: 

  • Fully-remote internship 
  • 15 hours per week, paid position 
  • 10 weeks long (mid-October to mid-December internship) 

This U.S. role has an hourly pay range that will vary based on the location of the candidate. For some locations, a different pay range may apply. If so, this range will be provided to you during the recruiting process. You can also reach out to the recruiter with any questions.
