Consumer Insights and Market Research

Turn data into compelling insights, which are actionable and relevant, and ensure these insights are addressed through adequate ideas and plans. Devise, implement, and collect data through T&A and other suggested researches.

Advertising and Cartoon Creative

Create branding and through the line communication for specific marketing projects in strong collaboration with the respective marketing functions.

Brand Management

Contribute the “brand part” of projects of marketing peers as well as on/off premise and trade marketing.

Consumer Activation

Ensures successful execution of all event and/or product related consumer activation in strong collaboration with field marketing, culture, on/off premise and sport marketing teams.

Product and Packaging Innovation

Support the Brand Manager in product launches together with sales, finance and other marketing function and act as key contact for Red Bull HQ. Understand which packaging solution addresses country-specific needs. Support in the creation of new limited edition special cans or multipacks linked to consumer activations.

Qualifiche

You are a university student or young worker.

You have good knowledge of FMCG brand marketing landscape.

You have initial practical experience in understanding of competitor activity and consumer behaviour in a brand and FMCG context.

You are characterized by excellent communication skills, analytical ability, commercial acumen and interpersonal skills.

Flexible and unconventional thinking as well as very good Office skills.

And last but not least, high standard of integrity with a passion for the brand and commitment to Red Bull values.

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or current University Student.

English language: written and spoken.
