Summer 2026 Transformation & Supply Chain Internship

Summary:

IIn this role, you’ll play a key part in a high-impact, multi-year initiative—the development of Momentive’s new Enterprise Resource Planning system, M-ERP (Digital Excellence Initiative). This project represents a major step forward in modernizing our operations, with an anticipated completion timeline of 3–5 years (2025–2028+).

Your primary focus will be on supporting the Supply Chain function, specifically within the Customer Service Workstream, ensuring that business needs are effectively captured and translated into the new system design.

Given the long-term nature of the project, your responsibilities may evolve based on project milestones and priorities during the May–August 2026 timeframe.

Responsibilities Include:

Global Scope – Customer Service (AMR, EUR, APAC, IMEA)

  • Display strong business acumen and ability to take initiative and ownership of project needs
  • IT focus, tech savvy mindset, fast learner and self-starter
  • Significant experience in complex and ever-changing environments
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple requests/demands on time
  • Prioritize workload depending on project needs for on-time completion
  • Possess a sense of urgency when performing tasks, excellent organizational skills
  • Completes other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

The following are required for the role

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field
  • Quick learner with a strong tech-savvy mindset, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – specifically Excel + Outlook
  • Desire to learn about + exposure to an Integrated Global Supply Chain and the Specialty Chemical industry
  • Ability to handle multiple requests and demands on time, prioritize workload depending on the needs of the project for on-time completion
  • Taking ownership and initiative for different components of a project while being interested in working with a team located all over the Americas

Program Qualifications:

  • The candidate must be actively enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program at the time of application and for at least one semester following the conclusion of the internship.
  • The candidate is expected to be available 40 hours a week for a period of 10-12 weeks between the months of May and August.

What We Offer:

Base Pay Range: $22.00 - $26.00
