Reporting to our Head of Global Talent, we're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team for the Fall 2025 semester. This role will focus primarily on interview coordination and candidate sourcing to support our growing hiring needs. You'll gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition operations while providing critical support to our Global team.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones and stakeholders
  • Manage complex interview logistics including panel interviews and technical assessments
  • Send interview confirmations, prep materials, and follow-up communications to candidates
  • Maintain accurate scheduling in our ATS (Lever) and calendar systems
  • Coordinate interview feedback collection and ensure timely completion
  • Handle last-minute scheduling changes and communicate updates to all parties
  • Research and identify potential candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, and other platforms
  • Build targeted candidate lists for priority roles across various departments
  • Maintain organized sourcing records and candidate tracking systems
  • Support the development of talent pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Assist with Boolean search strategies and sourcing technique improvements
  • Update candidate profiles and interview feedback in Lever ATS
  • Prepare interview packets and technical assessment materials
  • Track recruiting metrics including interview completion rates and scheduling efficiency
  • Support candidate experience initiatives and process improvements
  • Assist with job posting maintenance across various platforms

Who You Are

  • Currently enrolled full-time in an undergraduate program
  • Available to work 20+ hours per week during Fall 2025 semester
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and calendar management tools
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional phone and email etiquette
  • Previous experience with scheduling, coordination, or administrative roles
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and professional networking platforms
  • Basic understanding of ATS systems or recruiting tools, specifically Lever and Goodtime
  • Interest in Talent Acquisition and/or Data Analytics
  • Experience working in collaborative team environments
  • Strong problem-solving skills for scheduling conflicts and logistics challenges
