R&D Intern

Responsibilities
● Assist in the development of project plans, including timelines, budgets, and
resource allocation.
● Support in project progress, identifying any issues or delays and suggesting
solutions to keep projects on track.
● Conduct market research and analyze trends to support strategic
decision-making.
● Participate in meetings with project teams and stakeholders to gather and
document requirements, progress updates, and outcomes.
● Support the department leaders/managers in preparing reports and
presentations for senior management and external stakeholders.
● Help manage the department’s internal communications
● Assist in the evaluation of new technologies and processes that could enhance
the company’s R&D capabilities.
● Engage with cross-functional teams to understand their needs

Qualifications
● Hail from a reputed University / Institution.
● Should be perusing his / her final year in a full time Master's degree in
Engineering
● Should carry minimum of 70% aggregate in his / her 5th & 6th semester
University
● Should have demonstrated a high level of Conduct and Discipline in the
Institution.
● Strong interest in the field of research and development, with a keen desire to
learn about new technologies and Automotive R&D processes.
● Excellent organizational and project management skills.
● Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in Google studio
● Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well
in a team.
● Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g. Google Studio, Power BI) is preferred.
