Required Skills / Competencies:

- Good Communication skills & ability to work on a team. 

- Organization and Time Management.

- Problem Solving ability.

- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. 

Scope of work:  

- GMP review of documentation.

- Following relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). 

- Updating Quality Control documentation.  

- Execution of equipment qualification.

- Supporting Laboratory Data Systems.

Key Deliverables

- Familiarize with Quality management system and processes.

- Complete relevant training, including systems training such as, DCA and CIMS.

- Knowledge of the Electronic Laboratory systems used within the Laboratories.

- Knowledge of GMP Practices and document management.

- Equipment qualification: Execution of the IOQ of new equipment within the laboratories and the

- Calibration and re-qualification of existing equipment in the laboratories. This will involve generating GMP Documents, hosting and assisting engineers, reviewing and approving of the qualification documents, writing and execution of qualification protocols. 

- Support the QC Instrumentation with unplanned maintenance calls, trending and review of data.

On-site Protocol

BMS has an occupancy structure that determines where an employee is required to conduct their work. This structure includes site-essential, site-by-design, field-based and remote-by-design jobs. The occupancy type that you are assigned is determined by the nature and responsibilities of your role:

Site-essential roles require 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility. Site-by-design roles may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite at your assigned facility. For these roles, onsite presence is considered an essential job function and is critical to collaboration, innovation, productivity, and a positive Company culture. For field-based and remote-by-design roles the ability to physically travel to visit customers, patients or business partners and to attend meetings on behalf of BMS as directed is an essential job function.
