This role will be based inour Cork site.
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about recruiting and developingyoung talent and building strong partnerships with leading universities across Europe. You will play an important role in our University Relations team, and support on the coordination of internal and external events and talent programs.
You will have the opportunity to help shape the next phase of university recruiting initiatives at Stryker. We are in the process of further developing our university recruiting strategy for Europe, and you could be part of this exciting opportunity for innovation and growth as we reimagine what is possible at Stryker.
Tasks may include:
Provide support to the team and department in multiple areas, for example, engagement activities, recruitment, employee relations, administration support, & reportingacross multiple sites
You will coordinate outreach strategies with overarching DE&I initiatives and provide benchmarks and best practices for the team.
Along with the recruitment team, coordinate andattend onsite and online events at universities, and build relationships with contacts
What you will need:
Currently completing a college qualification in a business discipline.
Be interested and enthusiastic about pursuing a career in HR or talent acquisition.
Honesty, Integrity and discretion are essential.
Self-motivated, flexible and hardworking. Enjoys working in a dynamic, fast and results orientated environment
Reliable, dependable and punctual
Organised, focused and capable of multi-tasking
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as a basic level of PC skills
Is a team player and capable of working as part of a multi-disciplined team
Experience working with excel is a plus
Experience working with powerpoint is a plus
