Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, or Physics
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Skills:

Proficiency in SolidWorks, Creo or AutoCAD
Experience with simulation tools for electrical or thermal analysis such as Ansys Electronics Desktop or SIMetrix
Familiarity with semiconductor packaging or thermal management concepts is a plus
