Job At-A-Glance
The Summer Internship Program spans May 26 – August 14, offering full-time, paid opportunities (40 hours per week) to learn from finance professionals supporting Q2’s growth in digital banking technology.
This hybrid position requires three in-office days per week (Austin preferred) and includes networking events, finance workshops, and an executive presentation at the program’s end.
A Typical Day
As a Finance Intern, you’ll support Q2’s financial operations and analytics, gaining experience with budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
Examples of past intern projects include:
Building financial models for strategic planning.
Conducting variance analysis for quarterly reporting.
Assisting with automation of financial dashboards.
Researching market trends impacting digital banking.
What You’ll Do
Support monthly reporting and financial analysis.
Prepare data visualizations and reconciliations.
Assist in budget and forecast development.
Collaborate on special projects to improve financial processes.
What You’ll Bring
Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
Strong proficiency in Excel and data tools.
Analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
Understanding of GAAP principles preferred.
This position requires fluent written and oral communication in English.
