Join our innovative team passionate about inventing next-generation memory solutions. We work on advanced silicon-to-systems innovations, from technology development and memory construction to product integration and validation. 

Responsibilities

• Design, layout, and optimize Memory/Logic/Analog circuits for new product opportunities
• Manage layout processes including floor-planning, placement, and routing
• Perform parasitic modeling, design validation, and support tape-out revisions
• Execute verification using industry-standard modeling and simulation tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturability and drive innovation

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong knowledge of digital and analog circuit design principles
• Experience with simulation and verification tools
• Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Perl)
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field
• Experience in memory design or semiconductor industry
• Knowledge of parasitic modeling and layout optimization
• Exposure to cross-functional collaboration in product development
• Ability to innovate and propose process improvements
