Descriptif des missions proposées

Vous serez intégré au groupe Upgrade Services en charge des modifications post livraisons avions visant à améliorer la configuration et le standard des avions ATR en opération.

Le service Upgrade chez ATR fournit des solutions d’améliorations avions end to end incluant :

- Définition de la politique commerciale et création des offres financières d’upgrade.

- Définition avec les services engineering de la solution technique à apporter au client

- Suivi supply chain et logistique des pièces avions

- Gestion de l’accès à la documentation obligatoire pour les compagnies aériennes

- Gestion des campagnes de retrofit avion

Les missions proposées concerneront l’amélioration des outils, méthodes et process afin d’améliorer les activités du service et se conformer aux audits ISO.

Service création des offres upgrades

· Etat des lieux des process et mode opératoires manquants

· Création d’un référentiel de process et de méthodes

· Formalisation de process et mode opératoires

· Amélioration des outils pour l’élaboration des offres financières

Participer au projet d’harmonisation de la politique commerciale des solutions d’upgrade entre la production et le retrofit

Supporter les équipes gérant la documentation technique obligatoire dans l’amélioration des outils.

Ce stage est fait pour vous:

· Si vous êtes étudiants en Master 2 école de commerces ou autres avec une forte connotation process, méthode, outils, qualité

· Si vous avez des compétences en amélioration continue, standardisation des process

· Si vous êtes curieux avec un sens de l’analyse et méthodique

· Langues : Français / Anglais

· Si vous êtes à l’aise avec le traitement des données et les outils digitaux. Une bonne maitrise d’Excel et Powerpoint est nécessaire. Une connaissance de Power BI serait un plus.

What we will do together:

Being an intern at ATR means being integrated into a team as a full member with a real scope of intervention and responsibilities. You will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills and experience within a market leading company!

You will be part of the Upgrade Services team, in charge of supplying post-deliveries modifications for aircrafts, with the goal of improving aircraft configuration and standard for in-service ATR fleet.

Upgrade service provides end to end Upgrades solutions by including :

- Definition of commercial policy for upgrade financial offer

- A Technical upgrade proposal to customer defined with ATR engineering specialists

- Management of supply chain and logistics for aircraft spare parts needed for Upgrade solution

- Management of mandatory documentation access for airlines

- Retrofit campaign follow-up

The missions proposed are listed below and are related to continuous improvement, tools evolution and process/method definition. The goal is to bring improvements for upgrade departement and be in conformity for future ISO audit.

Upgrade services – financial offers department

· Build AS-IS state of current process and operations procedures missing in financial offer department

· Create a standardized referential for process and methods

· Process and operations procedures creation

· Improve current tool used for financial offers creation

Participate to the project aiming to harmonize commercial policy for upgrade solutions between production and retrofit environment.

Support team in charge of technical documentation to improve current tools & methods

This internship is designed for you

· If you are a student in Master II degree in Business school or other with a strong orientation based on continuous improvement, process standardization, method, tools and quality.

· If you have continuous improvements, process creation and standardization skills

· If you are curious, with a strong sense of analytics and well organized.

· French and English are required.

· If you are used to managing data analytics and digital tools. A good knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint is required. An additional knowledge of POWER BI would be a plus.
