Job Summary:
This position will expose the student to activities associated with the development and support of signal integrity devices to support the high-speed data communications and video broadcast markets. This individual will be primarily involved with evaluation and lab testing of evaluation platforms for our devices.

Responsibilities:
R&D Lab Testing and Evaluation of Products for Global Customers
Conduct testing, measurement, and troubleshooting of advanced high-speed signal integrity devices using high-speed laboratory equipment such as BERTs, VNAs, WFMs, and oscilloscopes.
Support the applications team by performing lab measurements and preparing shipments for customer samples.
Provide technical lab support to Applications Engineers.
Develop and evaluate documentation for both new and existing test platforms.
Assemble and verify evaluation boards for customer use.
Process and Logistics
Oversee and manage inventory for evaluation platforms.
Utilize SAP to collaborate with internal teams for the procurement and reservation of essential components and items to meet project requirements.
Organize and package customer samples for shipment.
Lab Support
Collaborate with multiple internal departments to plan and arrange the installation of lab benches, ensuring the necessary cables and equipment are in place.
Coordinate with external vendors for the procurement of equipment and lab peripherals.
Arrange for equipment calibration.
Minimum Qualifications:
Demonstrated self-motivation and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficient in analogue and digital circuit theory.
Experience in troubleshooting PCBs and systems is preferred.
Skilled in soldering techniques.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Excellent organizational abilities.
Familiarity with CAD tools.
Highly adaptable and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
