Where will you be based and what business will you support?

As a member of the IT EMEA Talent Acquisition Team, housed within the Global Service Center (GSC) situated in Esplugues de Llobregat, Barcelona.

As a Talent Acquisition Trainee you will report into the IT Talent Manager and support EMEA region.

How can you help us? 

Training will be provided to the selected candidate so that he/she can effectively support on the following job duties:

Collaborate with the IT EMEA Talent Acquisition Team to support recruitment efforts for various IT roles.

Support Talent Acquisition Specialists and Managers during Intake Meetings, interfacing with Department Leaders to gather requirements and job specifications.

Source and screen candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring processes.

Manage candidate pipelines and maintain recruitment data and records.

Work and collaborate with different stakeholders such as HR Local teams, HRBP, and employer branding teams to ensure alignment and support for recruitment initiatives.

Provide administrative support as needed, including scheduling interviews and managing communication with candidates ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and strategies.

Qualifications

Your profile should reflect a can-do attitude, attention to detail, great communication skills, ability to handle sensitive information, and a knack for thriving in a fast-paced, diverse environment.

Education background ideally with a foundation of HR knowledge (Psychology, business administration, Pedagogy or related field).

Previous internship experience in HR and or Talent Acquisition is a plus but not required.

Able to enter into an internship agreement with your university or study centre and looking for at least a 6-month full-time internship program and able to dedicate 40 hours per week (Mon-Friday). You must be in the final year of your degree, master's program, or a course that permits us to establish an internship agreement.

Language: English level B2.2 – C1.1, both written and spoken. Able to use English for daily communication with colleagues and managers from abroad.

Technical skills: High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office.

We are looking for someone who can ideally start as soon as possible, so we can sign the internship agreement with the university or academic institution during the summer.
