Your Impact
In this dynamic Product Safety & Compliance Internship, you’ll support critical efforts to ensure that Lowe’s private label and sourced products meet rigorous safety and regulatory standards. Working alongside experts in product compliance and quality assurance, you’ll help evaluate product documentation, monitor regulatory updates, and assist in risk mitigation initiatives. Your contributions will help ensure millions of products are safe, compliant, and ready to serve our customers — all while gaining hands-on experience at a Fortune 100 company committed to your professional growth.

What You Will Learn
Assist with reviewing product specifications, testing reports, and documentation for safety and regulatory compliance.
Support the tracking and analysis of regulatory changes impacting product safety and quality standards.
Participate in cross-functional collaboration with merchandising, legal, and supplier compliance teams.
Contribute to the development of compliance dashboards, tools, and process improvements.
Assist in conducting audits or assessments to identify gaps and help ensure corrective actions are taken.
Learn how compliance and quality assurance functions drive customer trust and business success.
Minimum Qualifications
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, engineering, environmental science, or a related field.
Expected graduation dates of December 2026 or May 2027.
Preferred Skills/Experience
3.0 cumulative GPA or higher.
Proficient in MS Office Programs (specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Strong attention to detail, organization, and analytical skills
Interest in regulatory affairs, product compliance, or risk management
Prior internship, lab, or project experience in a quality, safety, or compliance setting is a plus
Experience in a leadership role at work or in a campus organization
