As a Services Operations Analyst Intern at Lowe’s, you’ll work with the team that oversees installation, warranty, and service programs for millions of customers. You’ll help analyze data, build reports, and support optimization projects that improve service delivery and operational efficiency. From evaluating performance trends to identifying process improvement opportunities, you’ll gain hands-on experience in using analytics to drive better outcomes for customers and business partners. Summer Internship Program

Our 10-week summer internship program (May 26th – July 31st) immerses you in real-world retail operations. You'll work directly with industry experts across our stores, distribution centers, and corporate offices, gaining practical experience through hands-on projects that make meaningful contributions to our business and communities.

What You Will Learn
- Assist in analyzing operational performance data for service programs.
- Build reports and dashboards that track key metrics for installation and warranty services.
- Support optimization projects to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvements and service delivery initiatives.
- Gain exposure to vendor and partner management in services operations.
- Learn how operational analytics influence decision-making at scale.
Minimum Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in business, analytics, supply chain, operations management, or related field.
- Expected graduation dates of December 2026 or May 2027.
Preferred Skills/Experience
- 3.0 cumulative GPA.
- Proficient in MS Office programs (specifically in Power Point, Excel and data analysis tools); familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal, collaborative, innovative problem solving, analytical thinking, organizational and communication skills.
- Interest in operations, process improvement, or customer service.
- Previous relevant internship or experience in data analysis.
- Experience in a leadership position at work or within a campus organization.
