Job Description

The Brand & Communication intern will report directly to the Global Vice President Brand & Communication. This 6-month internship is expected to start in late January or early February 2026. 

ROLE PURPOSE & MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 

 
Press, Internal and External Relations 

  • Assist in creating press releases and kits, including storytelling and asset development. 

  • Manage timelines using Excel/PowerPoint for global communication projects. 

  • Coordinate with agencies on media plans and strategic announcements. 

  • Contribute to website updates (press/editorial content). 

  • Track and analyze KPIs via internal tools. 

  • Regular support in coordination of media visits  

  • Weekly PR reporting  

Social Media Management & Brand Content  

  • Coordinate newsletter and website content with CRM & Digital teams. 

  • Collaborate with creative agencies on content for Orient Express assets. 

  • Work cross-functionally with Accor, L&L, and ALL on social media posts. 

  • Analyse social media performance (Sprinklr) and create reports. 

  • Conduct benchmarks and support campaign brainstorming. 

Event Management 

  • Support event planning, logistics, and on-site execution. 

  • Collaborate with internal/external teams to ensure smooth delivery. 

  • Manage budgets and logistics; assist in post-event evaluation 

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Master 2 (M2) degree from a Business or Communication School, or related fields 

  • The internship must be officially recognized and approved by your educational institution 

  • Fluent in French and in English 

  • A first experience in press relations and/or social media management required in the luxury industry is mandatory 

  • Comfortable in project management, particularly in social media and communications 

  • Proactive, responsive and solution-oriented 

  • Understanding of analyzing KPIs, strong proofreading and coordination skills 

  • Demonstrate the ability to make decisions and work autonomously 

  • Capability of building visually compelling PowerPoint presentations
