Role and Responsibilities

• Your Key Responsibilities:

  Order management and customer care support with focus on specific products,

  customers and activities assigned.

• Orders process: orders requisites management; orders entry, check,
• maintenance and processing towards targets;
• Support: back office support, system settings, data update, price grids upload etc
• Monitoring: data correctness, activity progress and deadlines of the activities assigned.
• Reporting: data and reports update (eg. Daily progress, Weekly sales etc)
• Communication: communication with colleagues, other depts, agents and customers.
• Collaboration: collaboration with other colleagues and depts.                                                         (eg SCM, Sales, Credit, Logistics etc)

What we need for this role

To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree.

Computer Knowledge: Good Office knowledge (Excel required).

Language Knowledge: Good written and good spoken English.

Travel required: n.a.

Others: n.a.
