YOUR IMPACT
We’re currently recruiting for a data driven, motivated and passionate Data Engineer Intern to join our Advanced Analytics team. This is a practical, hands-on experience on a fast paced, energetic, high visibility team. You will experience a culture that recognizes hard work and values people. As a Data Engineer Intern, you’ll be assisting the Advanced Analytics team in working in our cloud environments to createdata pipelines to support our internal customers. You will do this through partnering with data scientists and analysts to understand their pain points, goals and objectives, and then crafting innovative solutions.
This position is located in person at our global headquarters facility in Oshkosh, WI.
JOB Description
These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned:
Collaborate with the data science team to understand a key business problem and work to source and deliver data.
Collaborate with Senior Engineers to support report development and advanced analytics projects using data lake concepts and technologies.
Consult with internal customers to collect reporting and data requirements.
Consult with business and Digital Technology partners on data quality issues.
Partner with leaders to develop innovative ways to deliver timely and accurate data.
Utilize Databricks, Azure Cloud, Qlik Replicate and other tools to source and deliver data.
Assist in the preparation and development of analytics and data science presentations for executive leadership.
Research and share key insights on emerging technologies with business value potential which align with our analyticsobjectives.
Support our Digital Technology strategic pillars, Reach (to innovate), Rearchitect (to grow) and Resiliency (to enhance core)
Identify and propose continuous improvement ideas.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Currently enrolled in a master’s program in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
Willing to travel or relocate to Oshkosh, WI for the duration of the summer 2026 internship. Summer housing is available to interns whose permanent address is greater than 50 miles from their work location.
Experience with Python as a data transformation tool
Knowledge of relational database concepts
Knowledge of SQL
Knowledge of building reports and visualization
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Familiar with stages of analytics lifecycle include data extraction, validation, and cleansing.

Ability to communicate with internal/external entities

Internship experience in the Global IT field, particularly experience in IT implementations or change efforts
WORKING CONDITIONS
The following represents general working conditions for this office-based role. Specific conditions may vary depending on business needs and individual circumstances.
This role is primarily performed in a professional office environment with standard lighting, ventilation, and temperature-controlled settings.
Duties are largely sedentary, requiring extended periods of sitting and using a computer and telephone.
Visual acuity to operate a computer and read documents is required, along with auditory ability to participate in virtual and in-person meetings.
Occasional movement within the office environment is necessary, including walking short distances, standing, or reaching for files.

Pay Range:
$18.00 - $37.00The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
