Join Our Team as an Apprenticeship Programme Administrator (Pearson TQ)

Are you a detail-oriented administrator with a passion for delivering exceptional service and supporting learners on their apprenticeship journey? We’re looking for a proactive and organised individual to join our team and help coordinate and administer our Pearson TQ apprenticeship programmes.

📝 What You’ll Be Doing

As an Apprenticeship Programme Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our apprenticeship programmes run smoothly and meet all compliance requirements. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and managing documentation for apprenticeship learners.
  • Supporting and conducting learner inductions.
  • Processing apprenticeship starts, achievements, and leaver paperwork.
  • Managing bookings, registrations, and documentation for qualifications and functional skills.
  • Assisting with formal reviews and ensuring systems are up to date.
  • Coordinating the distribution and storage of apprenticeship certificates.
  • Maintaining accurate records in the Maytas MIS and e-portfolio systems.
  • Ensuring learner files are audit-ready and supporting audit processes.
  • Organising and minuting team meetings, including room bookings and visitor access.
  • Managing stationery and consumables in line with purchase procedures.
  • Providing excellent customer service to learners and stakeholders.

✅ What We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role with a strong service ethic.
  • Exceptional administrative and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data reporting.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively.

Desirable:

  • Experience using Maytas MIS and OneFile e-portfolio systems.
  • Familiarity with Ofsted, ESFA, or DfE funding requirements.
  • Previous experience in a training provider or awarding organisation.
