Intern – Year Round

This team is responsible for collaborating with our Savings and Membership business partner to designing, developing and implementing solutions for the Debit Card Product; managing the budget and resources for the Debit Card Portfolio and implementing Agile best practices.

• Must be pursuing a degree from an accredited college/university
• Experience with Agile and serving as a Scrum master
• Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

• Provide support to assigned department; may work on small projects or portions of larger projects
• Support business strategy and initiatives within the business unit and/or across the organization
• Assist and collaborate with various levels of staff to accomplish tasks/assignments
• Perform research and analysis; may include quantitative and/or qualitative analysis
• Maintain professionalism in all interactions, placing member service as priority
• Provide comprehensive day-to-day operational support
• Provide support in functional areas of the credit union
• May provide direct member service in high volume situations
• Process and update data in automated systems; may generate and analyze reports
• Perform other duties as assigned
