Overview:
We’re looking for a curious, tech-savvy intern to join our team and support initiatives around Microsoft Copilot Studio agents, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), documentation development, and testing emerging technologies. This is a hands-on opportunity to work at the intersection of AI, automation, and business applications—ideal for someone eager to learn and contribute to cutting-edge digital transformation efforts.
What You’ll Do:
- Copilot Studio Agent Development:
- Assist in designing, building, and refining Copilot Studio agents for internal use cases.
- Help test and troubleshoot agent workflows and integrations.
- Document agent capabilities and user guides for internal stakeholders.
- Robotic Process Automation (RPA):
- Support the development and testing of RPA workflows using tools like Power Automate or other automation platforms.
- Identify repetitive tasks and help design automation solutions to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with business users to understand automation opportunities and validate outcomes.
- Documentation & Knowledge Management:
- Create clear, user-friendly documentation for AI tools, automation processes, and emerging tech pilots.
- Organize and maintain internal knowledge bases and training materials.
- Emerging Technology Exploration:
- Participate in testing and evaluating new tools and platforms (e.g., AI assistants, low-code/no-code apps).
- Provide feedback and insights on usability, performance, and potential business value.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with business and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into actionable tasks.
- Present findings and recommendations in team meetings.
What You’ll Learn:
- Practical AI & Automation Skills:
- Gain hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
- Learn how to design and deploy conversational agents and automation workflows.
- Technical Writing & Documentation:
- Develop skills in writing technical documentation that bridges the gap between developers and business users.
- Emerging Tech Evaluation:
- Learn how to assess new technologies for business impact, usability, and scalability.
- Professional Communication:
- Improve your ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and collaborate across departments.
- Digital Transformation Strategy:
- Understand how organizations adopt and scale AI and automation to drive efficiency and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Technology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for learning and problem-solving.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, or RPA tools is a plus.
