Play a Key Role

The Truist Wealth Internship Program allows interns to gain an in-depth understanding of the various day-to-day responsibilities of a client facing Wealth teammate, strategic Wealth teams that support client-facing advisors, and gain exposure into Truist’s purpose-driven culture. During the summer, interns will spend time with these Wealth groups and see how each line of businesses threads together to deliver a purpose-driven experience to our clients.
Interns will play meaningful roles in supporting internal business partners and external clients. Throughout the program, interns will expand their leadership and collaborative team skills, banking and investment acumen, and technical knowledge. Our internship offers exposure to senior leaders within the Wealth and a support network of mentors and peers.

Internship Program Structure

Interns will have the opportunity to network, gain exposure and work with a client-facing team and one of the following areas during their summer internship:
•Client Experience Team
•Investment Advisory Group (IAG)
•Strategic Client Group
•Center for Family Legacy
•Investment Consultant Group

In addition to assisting the above lines of business, interns will interact with current and former full-time Wealth Analysts.

Work Location

All interns will be domiciled in Atlanta or Charlotte

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program (Business or Finance preferred) at an accredited 4 year college or university with the following credentials:

  • Rising Senior; December 2026-May/June 2027 graduation date
  • Overall GPA of 3.0 or above
  • Superior written and oral communication abilities
  • Independent, goal-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset
  • Ability to self-manage and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate well with teams
  • A defined or expressed interest in a client facing wealth management career
