Intern - VIP & Marketing

Location:HQ - Williamsburg, Brooklyn
Status:Full-time/100% on-site
Compensation:$16.50/hr

Schedule: 20-30 hours per week

Position Summary

The Intern, VIP & Marketing will support the VIP team across a variety of projects including partnerships, events, product seeding, and other marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support VIP Relations Manager with seeding logistics including placing product orders, sending and tracking packages

• Organization and management of the seeding closets assuring supplies and product are fully stocked

• Order project specific supplies ie. packing boxes, project packaging, tissue paper etc. as needed

• Manage inventory of incoming product.

• Maintain digital rolodex of VIP contact information with utmost confidentiality

• Assure database is up to date with all projects and new information

• Management of all organic content and photography of all experiential and seeded collateral.

• Develop outlines, collect images, gather results and write copy for marketing recaps and opportunity decks

• Help to build lists for upcoming projects on a project to project basis 

• Develop lists of new talent and recap decks 

• Collaborate with external PR agency as directed by Director of Marketing & Events

• Work with PR partners on guest list and seeding lists as needed

• Track all organic content for every release and stay up to date with all organic press. 

• Keep all folders and tags organized and check all socials on a daily basis.
