THE ROLE Our site in Billerica, MA is seeking a/an HR Program Management Co-Op to join our team for the Spring 2026 season. This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented co-op to support the execution of key projects and initiatives within our Entegris Leadership Development Program (ELDP) and Operations Leadership Development Program (OLDP). This unique role is ideal for a student pursuing a career in Human Resources or Communications who is eager to gain hands-on experience in talent development, program management, and employee engagement. What You’ll Do • Support the Program Manager with projects related to ELDP and OLDP • Assist with planning and coordinating of networking calls and programming events • Create and update slide decks for meetings and presentations • Assist with recruiting processes • Create virtual team-building events for nationwide program participants • Support program orientations • Shadow meetings and interviews to gain exposure to program operations • Organize program materials and maintain the Teams page • Perform various administrative and HR-related duties as assigned What We Seek • Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university • Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business, or related field • Expected graduation date of Spring 2026 or Spring 2027 • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills • Basic proficiency in Office 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) • Problem-solving mindset • Prior internship, co-op, or relevant project experience is a plus but not required Desired Major(s) & Graduation Year • Human Resources, Communications, Business, or related field • Expected graduation date of Spring 2026 or Spring 2027 Eligibility • Must be a currently enrolled student • Available to work 40 hours a week, M-F (8a-5p) beginning in January through June. • Must be familiar with the universities requirements to participate in a co-op program Why Work at Entegris Lead.
