Marketing Intern – Madrid Boutique

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Marketing Intern to support the Madrid Boutique team. You will contribute to marketing initiatives, events, and client engagement projects, gaining hands-on experience in luxury retail and boutique operations.

What impact you can create at CHANEL

• Track and analyse KPIs with Fashion Advisors to support boutique performance
• Coordinate campaigns, communications, digital cards, and event invitations
• Assist in the organisation and execution of events and boutique projects enhancing the client experience
• Maintain a city guide catalogue with restaurants, exhibitions, and relevant events to enrich client activities
• Provide support in ad hoc marketing initiatives, sharing insights and helping streamline processes

What you will bring

• BA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a similar field
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and organised, able to anticipate needs
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and external partners
• Passion for fashion, luxury, and client-centric experiences
• Eligibility to formalize an internship agreement with educational institution
