Job Description

Account management (Sales development)

  • Long tail account management  
  • Customer success processes and metrics
  • Churn and account reactivation analysis and metrics
  • Customer interaction/journey analysis

Customer service (Supply chain)

  • Forecasting and demand planning
  • Service Level metrics and processes
  • Customer support, complain analysis and processes.
  • Admin processes optimization

 Team collaboration

  • Collaboration on digital marketing plan and automation processes.
  • Foster the use of local CRM and exploit all capabilities to its full potential

Qualifications

  • BA in Pharmacy, Veterinary, Food Chemistry, Biology, Business Administration, Marketing or in a related course of studies.
  • Dynamic, independent person who wants to take on challenges in a company belonging to a multinational with opportunities.
  • You have always wanted to put your theory into practice.
  • Knowledge and previous experience with CRM Microsoft Dynamics and Tableau will be positively value.
  • MBA candidate very focused on dealing with clients, ideal previous experience with clients, high analytical capacity
  • You are hands-on, proactive, smart and above all creative.
  • Excellent oral and written English and Spanish is a must.
