We are offering an internship in Interactive Guidance for Navigated Spinal Surgery
You will have the opportunity to develop prototypes for our Navigation System and support our team with your proof-of-concept application.
You will be an activememberofour international and interdisciplinaryresearch and developmentteam.
You will implement your solution using C++ or Python and Matlab and evaluate it in an ecosystem consisting of state-of-the-art navigation and imaging systems.
Thatmakesyou stand out
You are studying for a master’s degree in informatics, computer science, medical engineering, mathematics, physics or a comparable subject.
You have experience with object-oriented programming languages (e.g. C++), script languages (e.g. Python, Matlab) or libraries (OpenCV, VTK, Qt, DCMTK).
You want to tackle challenging problems in medical engineering.
Youareknownamongfriends and fellowstudentsforyour initiative and flexibility.
Youhave a goodcommandof English.
Youworkindependently, arehighlymotivated and committed, and arepreparedtotake on responsibilityquickly.
Duration of your internship: 6 months (full-time)
When you start with us: March or April 2026
