Commercial Training & Development Apprentice

We are looking for new graduates to participate in our Early Year Talent Program. This is a 1 to 3 years of apprenticeship program, during which you will have the opportunity to put your knowledge into practice and acquire skills through a working opportunity. This program is open to recent graduates from different disciplines and cover a wide range of roles.

Commercial Training & Development Apprentice

Join Ecolab's industry lnstitutional team as Commercial Training & Development Apprentice.

You will be involved in the following activities with your tutor’s support and being in touch with European R&D and Corporate Marketing Department:

  • Develop engaging presentations and visual materials to support training initiatives across Europe

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather content and ensure alignment with training objectives

  • Assist in the design and structuring of training sessions, adapting materials for diverse audiences

  • Maintain and update training documentation and resources to reflect current practices and standards

  • Support in different European projects

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field

  • Italian mother tongue and English fluent - B2/C1

  • Strong visualisation skills

  • Willingness to learn and grow professionally

  • Proactive approach to tasks and challenges

  • Well-organised and detail-oriented

  • Must have a valid Driver's License -to drive to Vimercate office.

  • Ability to lead and convince; good communication skills

  • Available to travel throughout Italy to visit customers.
