We are seeking a Data Analyst Internto join our Returns teamand contribute to advancing our volume management strategy across Canada. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data analysis, operational support andproject coordination, while helping deliver process improvements.

Responsibilities

Support the operationalization of return processes and quality solutionsby analyzing reports, dashboards, and datasets.

Analyze data to provide solutions for backlog management to stakeholders.

Identify and recommend opportunities for additionalsystem improvements.

Participate in the resolution of incidents by proposing actionable solutionplans.

Provide ongoing visibility to stakeholders through data insights and reporting.

The roleinvolvesdaily (or regular) communication with pan-Canadian stakeholders.

Qualifications

Currently in 3rd or 4th yearof pursuing a bachelor's degree, or pursuing a master's degree,in data analytics, business analytics, or a related field.

Interestorexperience in project coordination and business analysis.

Power BI knowledge and strong interest in data visualization.

Strong analytical skillswithinterest in data-driven problem solving.
