What You’ll Be Doing

Join our Strategy and Delivery team as a Strategy and Delivery co-op and have a real impact in making our clients’ ambitions a reality. This team is responsible for leading and executing key growth initiatives to drive business growth and operational excellence for CIBC Contact Centers. You will help in providing insights, market analysis, and actionable recommendations, while developing business cases. You’ll assist in defining priorities, developing strategies, and supporting the creation of roadmaps that position the bank for future success keeping the clients at the center of focus as well considering external factors. You will be critical in designing the Contact Center for the Future. The role will require collaboration with leaders, business partners, stakeholders and peers.

At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.

  • You must be currently enrolled in post-secondary education and returning to full-time studies to be eligible. However, you do not need to be in a registered Co-Op program to be considered for a role.

How You’ll Succeed

  • Strategic growth initiatives: Plan key growth initiatives to support business growth and operational excellence for CIBC Contact Centers ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Deliver innovation: Identify emerging trends and implement forward-thinking strategies to position CIBC for future success.
  • Strategic planning and coordination: Assist in the development of business cases, link operational efficiencies to cost reductions, and monitor KPIs to ensure alignment with organizational priorities and sustainable financial performance. Collaborate with senior leadership to define focus areas, set objectives, and influence strategic decision-making to achieve divisional goals.
  • Data-driven story telling: Deep-dive into channel strategies, identify pain points and process gaps in current state, conduct in-depth interviews with subject matter experts. Corroborate qualitative insights with data to create powerful story telling.
