Job Description

As part of the Customer Experience team for Europe & North Africa (Digital Marketing & E-Commerce), you will join the e-Merchandising & Campaigns team and play a key role in the day-to-day operations that drive performance and engagement across ALL.com - the group’s website and multi-brand app.

This apprenticeship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in e-merchandising and digital marketing while contributing directly to the team’s ongoing projects and campaigns. You will be actively involved in website management, owned campaign operations, and performance monitoring, supporting the team across a wide range of tasks.

Your Main Tasks:

  • Build and update offer and thematic pages using the CMS.
  • Support commercial animations by updating homepage versions and content across ALL.com.
  • Keep ASANA project trackers and tasks updated to ensure smooth workflow management.
  • Liaise with content and translation agencies for the creation of new pages and localised touchpoints.
  • Assist in campaign preparation, including content (copy/visuals) tailored to different markets.
  • Provide operational support on ad hoc projects as priorities evolve throughout the year.
  • Take initiative and ownership of day-to-day tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Monitor campaign and website performance, support with analysis, and draft key takeaways.
  • Prepare and update campaign decks and performance reports for the team.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree in Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); knowledge of the local language is a plus.
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Clear and confident communication, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural team environment.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms and data tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.) is desirable.
