Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Communications Intern to join our team for approximately six months, from October 2025 through March 2026. In this role, you will support various communications initiatives, including planning and executing aspects of our flagship customer conference, Connections, and assisting with other internal and external communication projects.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of Communications for the Connections conference.

  • Support the creation of conference materials, including agendas, briefing documents, and promotional content.

  • Help support social media channels, and other digital communication channels related to the conference and ongoing projects.

  • Edit communications, press releases, blog posts, and internal updates.

  • Conduct research and gather insights to support communication strategies, including industry awards and editorial calendars.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency with social media platforms and digital communication tools.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Passion for technology and software industries is a plus.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $52,000 - $78,000 . Your base pay will depend on your experience, skills, education, training, and location among other factors. All full-time positions or part-time roles working 30 hours or more a week at Guidewire are eligible for benefits that support their health and well-being including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a company sponsored retirement plan. In addition, some roles may be eligible for the annual company bonus plan, commissions, and/or long term incentive awards which are contingent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, company and employee performance.
