In Person
Working closely with Head of Apprentice Progression, Learning Support, and colleagues across the Ashridge Apprenticeships team, you will be responsible for supporting a caseload of apprentices throughout their entire learning journey — from initial onboarding through to successful and timely completion.
Your guidance and support will be instrumental in shaping apprentices’ personal and professional development, helping them achieve their goals and reach their full potential.
As the primary point of contact for your apprentices, you will provide consistent one-to-one support, ensuring they remain engaged, motivated, and on track. You will also work closely with line managers and apprentice leads to foster strong tripartite relationships that enable effective communication, progress monitoring, and collaborative problem-solving. You will be required to complete Tripartite reviews with apprentices and their line managers as well as coaching and support reviews when required.
As an Apprentice Progression Partner, you will be required to respond to queries, closely monitor your caseload of apprentices’ progression, understand how they can develop and apply their KSBs into the workplace by the use of SMART targets, reflective logs and skills scans as well as helping to prepare your learners for their end-point assessment.
In this role, you will:
- Conduct Tripartite Reviews with apprentices and their line managers, ensuring alignment between workplace practice and programme outcomes.
- Deliver additional reviews (such as coaching or Support) as needed to meet individual learning needs.
- Monitor allocated apprentice’s progress, identifying opportunities for development and addressing barriers to success.
- Support apprentices in applying their Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviours (KSBs) within the workplace through the use of SMART targets, reflective logs, and skills radars as well as ongoing measure of Off-The-Job progress.
- Provide clear guidance and preparation for apprenticesEnd-Point Assessment (EPA).
- Review, mark and accept evidence for both Off-The-Job (OTJ) hours and End-Point Assessment (EPA) portfolios, ensuring evidence meets both quality and compliance standards.
- Respond promptly to queries from apprentices and stakeholders, maintaining accurate and timely records of all interactions and progress updates.
This is a highly rewarding role where you will make a direct impact on the apprentice experience — ensuring every learner feels supported, empowered, and ready to succeed.
