Job At-A-Glance
The Summer Internship Program (May 26 – August 14) offers a 12-week paid opportunity to learn from top sales professionals in the digital banking technology industry. You’ll gain valuable insights into the customer journey, relationship management, and the sales process in a technology-driven organization.
This is a hybrid role, with three days in the Austin office preferred. Interns also engage in networking events, training workshops, and a final executive presentation.
A Typical Day
As a Sales/Customer Success Intern, you’ll collaborate with the business development and account management teams to support client outreach, prospect research, and CRM operations.
Examples of past intern projects include:
Analyzing lead conversion data and improving CRM efficiency.
Supporting demo preparation and proposal generation.
Researching market segments and potential client opportunities.
Assisting with strategic account planning initiatives.
What You’ll Do
Conduct research on prospective clients and competitive trends.
Manage CRM data and assist with reporting.
Support the creation of sales presentations and pitch decks.
Shadow sales calls and meetings to observe client interactions.
What You’ll Bring
Pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Comfortable working with Excel and CRM platforms (Salesforce experience a plus).
Enthusiastic, organized, and goal-oriented.
This position requires fluent written and oral communication in English.
