Rolls Royce Motor Cars, Goodwood – Innovation and Data Management Internship - 12- Month Placement (July 2026)

What awaits you?

We are steering the Production System within Rolls Royce Motor Cars. You will be integrated in a young intercultural team with a wide range of tasks. You can learn how we steer our production system. You will be part of innovation, data analytic, structure planning and optimisation projects. 

You will improve your project management and organisational skills and can get a look into different areas of production.

As part of your role you will:

• Creates Dashboards with data analytic tools
• Support Industrial Engineering with time analysis
• Assist continuous projects in the production areas

What should you bring along?

• Skills in IT, Innovation & Data Analytics and Engineering and/or Business Management.
• First experience in use of data analytics tools.
• Experience in project management and good communication skills.
• Understanding of MS Office and IT Systems.
• Good communication skill
• You enjoy working in an international team and are passionate about innovation & data analytics

What do you need to do now?
