Position Summary:
The Program Management Intern will support the planning and coordination of key business programs, including the product roadmap, renewal excellence, and other strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help build out the project/program suite of materials that departments can use to self-serve on initiatives the program team is unable to directly support.
- Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and deliverables to help teams stay organized and on track.
- Learn to apply program management best practices and tools to real projects that drive measurable outcomes.
- Contribute to communications and reporting, including updates for leadership and internal stakeholders.
- Analyze program data to identify trends, measure progress, and support decision-making and prioritization.
- Collaborate with experienced program managers to gain exposure to strategic problem-solving and execution at scale.

- How large-scale, cross-functional programs are designed and managed.
- Tools and methodologies used in program and project management (e.g., Jira, Asana).
- How to navigate and collaborate across business functions such as Operations, Customer Management, Underwriting, and Sales.
- How program managers drive alignment and accountability toward shared business goals.
- The fundamentals of communication, stakeholder management, and decision support in a fast-paced environment.
