We are Walker & Dunlop.  We are one of the largest providers of capital to the commercial real estate industry, enabling real estate owners and operators to bring their visions of communities — where people live, work, shop, and play — to life. We are committed to creating meaningful social, environmental, and economic change in our communities.

Walker & Dunlop’s Summer Internship Program provides a dynamic environment for students to learn aspects of the commercial real estate finance industry. Each year, W&D invites a distinguished group of interns to participate in a ten-week training and mentoring program to help build their skills and learn about the organization. Interns will play supporting and individual contributor roles and have the opportunity to make meaningful contributions to our business through hands-on training.

If you are looking for a summer internship in commercial real estate valuation, the below opportunity may be for you.

Apprise delivers unprecedented property- and market-level insights, the most comprehensive multifamily data, and accesses the best technology to proactively service our clients’ valuation needs and produce superior quality reports. Apprise is a subsidiary of Walker & Dunlop that combines industry-leading multifamily underwriting experience, data science, and analytics technology prowess. The skills of the most trusted MAI-designated valuation experts in the U.S are leveraged in a platform that is actively developing the appraisal tools of the future.

This internship is a part of the Research Pool. The Research Pool is supporting the Apprise workforce in their day-to-day operations through analytics, research, and data collection, with the purpose of training high-potential analysts to become the next generation of valuation advisors. The position offers exposure to multiple valuation markets across the country and the ability to collaborate with various team members within Apprise.
