Pay Range: $22 – $25 per hour

What You’ll Do

As a Continuous Improvement Intern, you will support projects that drive efficiency, quality, and productivity across Viracon’s operations. Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting in Lean and Six Sigma projects to improve workflows and eliminate waste.

• Gathering and analyzing data to identify process improvement opportunities.

• Participating in Kaizen events and cross-functional problem-solving teams.

• Supporting standardization of best practices across departments.

• Documenting processes and assisting in creating updated work instructions.

• Collaborating with production, engineering, and quality teams to implement improvements.

What We’re Looking For

• Junior standing (Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field) at a 4-year college, GPA 3.0+.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Familiarity or interest in Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement methodologies.

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in teams.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
