Job Description

You will be part of the deployment team of supercharging in EMEA HQ. Tesla has set the standard for fast charging networks globally: Fast, reliable, convenient, and extensive. The Supercharger Deployment team ensures that Tesla continuously expands its network, by innovation, standardization, and supporting the regional deployment teams to meet their targets with regards to timing, cost, and quality.

The Charging team is looking for an Technical & Logistic Project Management Support to join the team in Munich (or Düsseldorf). This dynamic role will support the Supercharger deployment team to role out our new PSU (Pre-Assembled Supercharger Unit) charging stations with optimal coordination between suppliers, Tesla HQ in Amsterdam, our logistic operation and deployment teams in the field.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work with different internal teams (Logistics, Engineering, Deployment etc.) as well as external partners to ensure a healthy stock and smooth deployment process of our PSU (Pre-Assembled Supercharger Unit)
  • Contribute to a variety of projects depending on team requirements, challenging you to come up with creative solutions
  • Optimize and increase the quality of the whole chain in conjunction with Deployment Managers of all EMEA regions, from site planning, equipment order, to delivery on site.
  • Central sourced materials coordination
  • Prepare and maintain documentation for internal and external usage
  • Quality control during manufacturing process, warehouse storage and deployment of our stations
  • Visit construction sites (Gain feedback, best practices, etc)

Job Requirements

  • Pursuing a education in a technical area/ field
  • Good eye for detail, very precise and execution focused
  • Willing to travel within Europe
  • Fluent in English, Dutch and German is a benefit
  • Familiar with Solidworks or CATIA is a plus
