BMW UK, Financial Services, Farnborough – Operations Training - 13 Month Placement (July 2026)
As part of the wider Process Management and Quality department you will work within our Training and Quality team which is responsible for designing and implementing Process and system Training for our Internal Operations and Outsource teams. Our Training designers work to build exciting, innovative digital, classroom and virtual training as well as run train the trainer courses and even deliver BMW training to new starters. We have Operations Training Managers that are responsible for working with our training designers planning in training, assessing the delivery and arranging training for projects. This is an excellent opportunity to be able to have oversight of how to design training and the methodology for delivery. You will have the autonomy to use your creativity to enhance our existing diverse training library. Additionally, you will gain invaluable experience in specialised software’s and blended training methods. We are ideally looking for someone who has an interest in training delivery and has a talent for digital design and or media.
What awaits you?
- Developing and maintaining learning journeys for all Customer Contact Roles.
- Designing, developing, and maintaining the Process & System training library to ensure content is accurate, adequate, and up to date.
- Assisting in delivering training to both individuals and groups.
- Learning how to design digital training.
- Creating blogs, including filming and editing.
- Assisting in working on multiple projects to understand how to plan training and schedule where appropriate.
What should you bring along?
- Studying towards a bachelor’s degree in Business, Digital, Creative or a related field and on track to achieve at least a 2:2.
- A genuine passion and interest in the automotive industry.
- Confident user of Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to use your initiative and manage your own projects/workload autonomously.
