Job Description

The Sales Planning team (Global Publishing) is responsible for maximizing Ubisoft games’ revenues by building the best possible offers for our digital partners (PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, Nintendo, Epic Games Store, Ubisoft Store…), while maintaining a consumer-centric approach.

At the core of this mission, SKU (Shopping Key Units) Planning plays a key role: structuring and coordinating the different editions and products (Standard, Deluxe, Gold, Ultimate, etc.) to ensure consistency and smooth integration across all stores.

Under the supervision of a Program Manager – SKU Planning, you will support the team and actively contribute to the creation and updating of game edition plans. This internship will provide you with a transversal and strategic vision of Ubisoft’s offers, while developing your analytical and organizational skills.

  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of the SKU Plan Library, the central database of edition plans
  • Support the team in setting up and improving tracking tools
  • Participate in the implementation of SKU Plans in Ubisoft’s back-office tool, in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Ensure proper circulation and updates of information across global and local teams

Market benchmarking & analysis – 40%

  • Conduct competitive research and monitoring on editions, content, and pricing strategies of other publishers
  • Help build structured comparison tables (pricing, content, positioning)
  • Assist in producing clear and visual summaries to support decision-making

Offer design & structuring support – 10%

  • Support the team in creating SKU Plans for new Ubisoft titles (defining editions, additional content, pre-order bonuses, etc.)
  • Contribute to updating SKU Planning guidelines based on market trends and player needs
  • Assist in preparing strategic recommendations for future offers

Qualifications

  • You are a student and ideally have prior experience in Sales, Marketing, or Project Management
  • You are a true team player, able to manage priorities and work on several projects simultaneously
  • You are both rigorous, organized, and creative, with strong interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • You are an active gamer and closely follow the video game market and industry news
  • If you’re looking for a unique experience in the gaming industry and are ready to take on an exciting challenge, we’d love to hear from you!
