Human Resources Intern

📄 JOB DESCRIPTION

• We are looking for an enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to support our HR team. This role will allow the Intern to explore the strategic human resources practices within a dynamic organization. You will gain deep insights into how HR functions can influence and enhance employee experiences and contribute to organizational success.

🎯 TASKS

• Provide administrative support and assist the Recruitment Team in daily operations.
• Assist with the recruitment process including job postings, first interviews and follow up the hiring process.
• Support the onboarding of new employees.
• Maintain and update HR documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

👉 MUST HAVE skills

• You have a degree or master in Labor Relations,  Human Resources, Psychology or ADE
• Previous internship experience is a plus
• You speak fluent in Spanish and English
• You have a good command of Excel 
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Agile learning, proactive and problem solving
• Passionate, pragmatic and collaborative
