Responsibilities vary depending on assigned projects(s) and may include:
- Recommending and leading enhancements to existing processes
- Delivering business line reporting and analytic needs
- Capturing and tracking project issues and assisting with resolution
- Support day-to-day marketing and communication materials and content needs
Examples of past intern projects include:
- Conducting a competitive research project on card loyalty programs and presenting findings and recommendations.
- Supporting the development of internal reporting capabilities.
- Providing analysis on a client or advisor-facing program, assessing its success, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Support a product annual due diligence process; researching current products on the platform to ensure they still meet our standards, and creating and compiling documentation in preparation for product committee reviews.
- Reviewing existing assets and providing recommendations for internal learning pathways.
Required Qualifications
- Current Junior at a 4-year university pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Business Analytics, Economics, Communications, or related field.
- Graduation date of December 2026 or May/June 2027
- Demonstrated leadership experience
Preferred Qualifications
- High degree of self-motivation with strong integrity and ethics
- Proven organization skills and ability to manage time effectively
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to work and communicate collaboratively and constructively with others
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
