Overview
THIS IS AN ONSITE POSITION at one of the three offices: South Jordan UT, Blue Bell, PA or Bellevue WA. The internship is expected to be 3 months in length.
The role focuses on supporting the IT Desk Side team with end-user technology services, primarily involving laptop
migrations from legacy systems to Windows 11. The position requires hands-on assistance in software installations,
troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth rollout processes. The individual will serve as a critical point of support for
employees, addressing hardware and software issues while maintaining compliance with company policies and
security standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Desk Side team with laptop migrations from legacy systems to Windows 11.
- Support software migration, installations, and troubleshooting during the rollout process.
- Provide hands-on assistance to end-users for hardware and software issues.
- Document migration steps, issues, and resolutions for knowledge sharing.
- Work with the IT team to ensure compliance with company policies and security standards.
- Gain exposure to MDM (Mobile Device Management) solutions.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
- Complete all responsibilities as outlined in the annual performance review and/or goal setting.
- Complete all special projects and other duties as assigned.
- Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of Windows 10/11 operating systems.
- Familiarity with laptop setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Interest or exposure to MDM solutions (Intune, Workspace ONE).
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain accurate documentation.
- Customer-focused mindset with eagerness to learn.

- Assessing the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
- Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
- Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
- Must be able to provide a dedicated, secure work area.
- Must be able to provide high-speed internet access/connectivity and office setup and maintenance.
- No adverse environmental conditions are expected.
Base compensation ranges from $21.00 to $26.00 per hour. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.
Nonexempt employees are eligible to receive overtime pay for hours worked in excess of 40 hours in a given week, or as otherwise required by applicable state law.
