Job Title: Program Finance Intern

Job Location: Anaheim, CA

Job Description:

• Responsible for the financial functions associated with the business acquisition process (proposals) and program execution process (programs)
• Ensure all assigned invoices are processed and completed in a timely manner per the terms and conditions of the contract
• Responsible for financial customer interface and billing guidance to Contracts
• Perform required invoice and account receivable reconciliations to ensure billing accuracy
• Support internal and external audits; actively participate in process improvement initiatives
• Support cash application process through research and reconciliations

Qualifications:

• Pursuing Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Mathematics or related field 

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office
• Experience with SAP
• Knowledge of cost/schedule development, budgeting, financial analysis and reporting, financial modeling, corporate forecasting, and/or business acquisitions
• Familiarity with Contract Compliance and Negotiation
• Expereince with customer/management reporting

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is [$25.00 MIN - $47.50 MAX]. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, and Vermont is [$22.00 MIN - $40.50 MAX]..
