What you’ll achieve

As a Product Marketing MBA Intern, you will be given a strategic project that allows you to have a real impact on the business from day one. Your high-impact role will feature many opportunities unique to Dell. MBA intern roles are available across a number of Dell’s business units and across various marketing functions. Our roles, working in an open, collaborative environment, span our hardware, services, EBusiness and peripherals orgs, in both B2B and B2C capacities.

You will:

• Perform work aligned with your personal career goals and interests to solve complex problems
• Develop relevant general project management & marketing skills that will help you launch a successful career
• Become part of a community where team members feel valued, engaged and inspired to do their best work
• Learn more about Dell’s marketing career development and recent graduate experience that focus on building our top talent pipeline and nurturing future leaders
• Participate in professional development trainings, community service activities, and various ‘showcase Austin’ social events throughout the Summer while networking with fellow MBA interns, alumni, and marketing Executives

This internship will provide visibility into Dell’s product marketing organizations while simultaneously allowing you to focus on a specific discipline that most closely aligns with your skills, interests, and career goals. Essential Requirements:

• MBA Class of 2027
• Prior work experience in high-tech, marketing or service-oriented business, or equivalent related experience
• Aptitude to deal with ambiguity and learn on the fly

Desirable Requirements:

• Self-directed with a strong drive for results and ability to influence others
• Preferable analytical and verbal communication skills to executive audience

Compensation

Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this position is $31.88 - $50.00 per hour, depending on location.
